There is a issue with the processing bank that has stopped payments from being processed, you may have recieved a notice from Boulder Property Management to issue a "Stop Payment". A better course of action if a payment posts to your account is to sign/file an affidavit stating "Authorization was revoked" (which in electronic transactions term is is an R07) or "Unauthorized" (R10), using those methods your bank normally would not be able to charge any extra fees or to cause your account to be considered in overdraft status.
